The second Naruto Shippuuden movie, entitled "Bonds", which had aired on 02/08/08, was given English subtitles by Taka fansubs a while back, and it is as of now up for free direct download right here at Naruto-Kun. Kinda late though, I know.

Both low quality (699 MB), and high quality (1399 MB) versions of the movie are available for download. The download links can be found on our Shippuuden Movie 2 page. Just head over and choose your preferred quality.
